14. How to Keep Healthy
It is very important to keep healthy. First, we should have a balanced diet. We need to eat enough vegetables and fruits every day. They can provide us with vitamins and minerals. Drinking enough water is also necessary. Second, we should do exercise regularly. Running, swimming and playing basketball are all good ways to keep fit. Exercise can make us strong and energetic. Third, we should get enough sleep. At least 8 hours of sleep every night can help our body recover. In addition, we should keep a positive attitude towards life. By doing these, we can stay healthy.
