27. by the way, on the way, in the way

　　(1)by the way 常用作狀語(yǔ)，意為"順便問(wèn)一下","順便說(shuō)一下"。

　　By the way, how old are you?

　　順便問(wèn)一下，你多大了？

　　(2)on the way "在……的路上"，后接名詞時(shí)需加介詞to,后接副詞home、here、there時(shí)不加to。

　　He bought a pen on his/ the way to school.

　　他在上學(xué)的路上買(mǎi)了一枝鋼筆。

　　(3)in the way "擋路、妨礙"。

　　Your car is in the way.你的小汽車擋路了。
